YN scattering data: HA74

Authors: J.M. Hauptmann
Reference: J.M. Hauptmann, thesis LBL-3608, U of California Berkeley, unpublished 1974
Group: LRL

The experiment:

Various Λ p events have been recorded in an exposure of the SLAC 82-inch bubble chamber to a 12 GeV/c K- beam. To enhance the flux of Λ-particles a platinum target is placed inside the bubble chamber. 500000 photographs were scanned. A total number of 992 (in)elastic events are analyzed. The Λ p total elastic cross sections were published in HA77.
