The experiment:
50 elastic Λ p events have been recorded in an exposure
of the Saclay 81 cm hydrogen bubble chamber at CERN to a beam of
stopping K- mesons.
20.550 films were scanned; XX events were found of which 44
events were used in the final analysis.
The presented results were `preliminary'; the final results
are presented in AL68

An attempt is made to determine the up-down asymmetry

Corrections have been made for varying cut-offs: small angle scatter
events could not be detected
